Scope of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide and optimize a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly carried out only with your consent. An exception applies in cases where processing is permitted by law.

This website is part of the public relations work of 40° GmbH. The legal basis for processing personal data in the context of this public relations work is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) GDPR in conjunction with § 3 BDSG.

Insofar as we obtain consent for processing operations involving personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.

Website Provision and Log Files
